We are seeking to hire a Senior SQL Server DBA for taking up a crucial role as part of our client team that is responsible for managing, building, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting their cloud-based infrastructure that their mission critical applications run on. Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
- 5+ years extensive experience in Database Administration, System analysis, Design and support
- Proficiency in Data warehouse and Data access accountability concepts
- Experience with Server maintenance
- Planning development, management and testing of back-up and recovery with native/third party tools
- On top of latest updates on database systems
- Expertise in developing automations, deploying cloud servers and server health monitoring
Job Responsibilities
- Keen attention to database space usage
- Proficient in using High Availability and Disaster Recovery for SQL Server
- Ability to understand and solve anomalies around database security
- Problem solving skills at implementation and performance levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment being proactive in implementation and development
- Effective communication across technical and business teams
- Experience with database management tools
