Full Job Description
Aarondale Retirement Community a premier Independent Living, and Assisted Living Community is seeking a Human Resources/Business Office Manager.
Qualifications
Two or more years experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community.
Strong knowledge of the overall Human Resources functions.
Competent in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Long Term Care Insurance.
Virginia DSS state regulations knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
