The tasks of the ABB E-mobility Senior Recruiter is to partner with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise, solutions, and Talent Acquisition support within (NAM) North America region. You will collaborate with the talent acquisition and employer branding team to influence the recruiting and employer branding strategy and be responsible for the regional execution.

Your responsibilities
Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our E-mobility organization to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
Driving full cycle recruitment including a data-based approach including internal and external searches based on hiring requirements, best in class job postings, candidate shortlisting, conducting interviews and assessments with hiring manager and offer negotiations in accordance with local practice and legislation
Effectively partnering with our GBS HR Service team to ensure all administration and coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, reference checks, etc.)
Liaising with recruitment firms for specific positions as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are fulfilling our requirements
Positioning our E-mobility business as employer of choice (on and offline) by managing recruitment campaigns, supporting/driving employer branding activities, university relationships and potentially early talent programs within the NAM region (mix of online and offline activities)

Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with HR experience in a global organization, or an RPO company with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in-house recruiting or full cycle agency.
Comfortable using broad range of recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media.
Knowledge of different recruitment platforms and experience leveraging the tools to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
Experience in building and cultivating relationships with candidates and clients in a global business environment based on strong communication skills and the ability to consult and influence.
Conceptual mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding trends within the region.
Team player with a hands-on mentality, enthusiastic and inclusive, wanting to make a difference by creating new ideas and inputs.
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, and other local language as required.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
