Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.
Responsibilities:
What would you do?
Keep track of employee information and documentation
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
Gather information and documentation for new hires
Answer general questions concerning the company
Perform clerical duties
Conduct exit interviews and surveys
Work with credentialing to ensure that all necessary documentation is received
Help new employees during orientation with new hire paperwork
Inform applicants of hiring decisions made by managers and directors
Assist executive leaders (VP’s and Chief Officers) with scheduling interviews as requested

Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
Minimum of 1 year related work experience in Human Resources, onboarding or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Good working knowledge of G-suite, Microsoft Office
Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System and/ or HRIS system is helpful but not required
Bachelor’s degree
