An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR, our hiring managers and new employees ensuring smooth communication and processing of new hires. You’ll assist in creating policies, processes and documents. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our HR department is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees.
Responsibilities
Assist with processing of new hires applications, gathering I9 documentation, processing changes within the payroll system, and ensuring a smooth onboarding of new hires.
Role will require you to work out of our Practice Support Center to process new hire paperwork
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports.
Skills
At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources highly preferred
Proven experience as an HR Representative, HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Experience with Paycom and Jobvite a plus
Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detailed oriented and comfortable in a multi-tasking environment.

Pay: $18-19 hourly based on experience
