Responsibilities:
Provide HR support to people across the business, with swift and effective solutions to first level employee questions on all HR topics.
Ensure all HR information is handled with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Advance the company’s values and business strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures and assist in resolution of issues; interpret, coach, and enforce company policies and procedures for consistency and compliance.
Proactively identify improvements to policies and work environment; partner with business colleagues to affect necessary changes.
Organize team building activities
Manage, maintain, and update employee files
Ensure timely employee review execution (reporting, tracking, promotions, etc).
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Manage off-boarding, with analysis of turnover to detect trends.
Adhoc reporting and operational tracking (training and program attendance, etc).
Talent acquisition and development of recruitment strategies and programs that help us reach exceptionally talented people who align with our mission and will thrive in our culture.
Lead daily HR operations and manage a staff of 35+, including timekeeping, payroll, employee benefits and civil service processing, ensuring that output is consistent, high quality and performed in a timely manner
