Absolute Machine Tools, Inc Hiring for Sales/Marketing Coordinator Job at Lorain, OH Full Time

Absolute Machine Tools, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales/Marketing Coordinator for our Lorain, Ohio office.

This position works in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Departments and is responsible for assisting both departments with administrative functions. Independent judgment and ownership are required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.

Essential Functions

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Department and Marketing Department.
• Inventory and order AMT/CNC clothing as needed.
• Responsible for ACT! Database maintenance and projects as relates to marketing/sales.
• Create ad-hoc reports as requested by Sales or Marketing Department.
• Create e-blasts with Marketing Department.
• Track all quotes from sales personnel.
• Generate and/or collect Pipeline reports at the end of the month for President’s review.
• Make changes/updates to sales quotes and repost on backend of website.
• Coordinate shipping requests from Marketing Department.
• Assist Marketing Department with trade shows and seminars.
• Order brochures and label and organize as needed.
• Assist Sales personnel in completing timely expense reports.

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid organizational skills including detail-oriented personality and multitasking skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and ability to work cohesively with co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to accept responsibility and ownership as it relates to the position’s duties and expectations.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associates degree in marketing or business administration.
• ACT! Database experience.
• Sage 100ERP (MAS) experience.
• Customer Service experience.

Position is full-time/hourly, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
