Summary:
The Senior Manager Human Resources will provide strategic direction and leadership of the HR function for the organization including the California and Massachusetts locations in order to increase organizational success. Position is responsible for all HR related issues, policy and procedure development, training, retention, recruitment, local, state and federal labor law and regulations compliance. This position will develop HR related programs and strategies that align with overall business objectives. Responsibilities include supporting employee development, enhancing employee engagement, designing onboarding and exit programs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, designing accountability mechanisms and overseeing overall employment needs. The Senior Manager Human Resources will act as an employee advocate and work towards building a company culture of trust, commitment, innovation and collaboration.
