Acara Solutions is looking for an Employee Relations Representative for our client (fully remote)
- Responsible for responding to concerns, including investigations, pertaining to workplace policies, procedures and compliance with all company and external requirements in an effort to reduce company-wide risk and contribute to productivity, motivation, and morale, while instilling and maintaining our culture and values.
- Supports leaders on the performance management process to develop awareness and ensure proper procedures are used in handling matters such as counseling, career development and disciplinary actions.
- Conducts employee counseling, as needed, to resolve issues that arise while effectively promoting positive employee relations in support of employee satisfaction and business needs.
- Advising employees regarding policy interpretations questions; support managers with attendance and tardiness inquiries.
- Recommends, coordinates, and delivers performance management/ER related training or seminars for leaders and their employees to improve employee knowledge and skills.
- Gathers information and general fact-finding as it pertains to unemployment claims and administrative hearings to aid in the attainment of favorable results.
- Partners with the Leave of Absence team regarding reasonable accommodation requests and leave concerns to develop effective solutions.
- Enters employee relation investigative information and supporting documentation into case management system to ensure accurate and relevant information is captured.
- Utilizes various types of data to analyze employee relations trends to spot actionable patterns and take pro-active steps to address situations and take advantage of potential opportunities.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local, state, and federal laws to supervisors to maintain compliance.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 Year experience as an Employee Relations Representative

Salary: $22.00 – $38.00 per hour
