The individual in this position will be responsible for processing employee documents, entering employee information into the HRIS, and maintaining/filing forms and documents for personnel files. This individual will answer phones and provide receptionist duties at the front desk when necessary. The Human Resources Assistant will also perform audits for appropriate personnel documentation, monitor and process all faxes, stock and order supplies as needed, and provide support for the Human Resources department as required. Transparent and effective communication is highly preferred. A high regard for confidentiality is required.
