Bilingual Invoice Analyst

Working with the Mexico Transport Operations team, the Mexico Invoice Analyst is responsible to validate carrier invoices to ensure compliance of Mexican Regulations. If discrepancies are found he/she contacts Mexico based vendors in via phone or email to resolve discrepancies.

In your role, you will:

• Review and analyze vendor invoices to ensure requirements defined by the company are met. Special considerations are reflected with invoices and ensures the transport team is fully aware of status of validation.
• Review and analyze root causes of discrepancies and proactively work to correct with vendors, ensuring that root cause is adequately described for reporting.
• Supports the research for vendor disputed invoices.

As our ideal candidate,

• You are fully bilingual English – Spanish (Required).
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience within invoice reconciliation, transportation, or logistics invoicing.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills including a working knowledge of logistics vocabulary.
• You have Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with different stakeholders, marketing teams, internal customers, peers, and management.
• You have exceptional planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload in a fast-paced environment.
• You have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications.
• You have the flexibility to work different shifts days/nights including but not limited to US holidays and weekends.
