WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Responsible for leading key Contact Center Voice and Digital Enterprise initiatives and interfacing with other Business Solutions teams
• Provide technical leadership and delivery of new capabilities and maintaining the existing applications and solutions across the Contact Center technology portfolio
• Be a part of a team responsible for leading the analysis, planning, designing and developing of quality-based Contact Center solutions in the Cloud.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 5+ years of experience working in complex, on-prem and cloud-based call center environments
• Experience moving legacy telecom to the Cloud
• Exposure to various Cloud-based telephony call center applications.
  • Avaya, Genesys, NICE, etc.
• Experience working with Zoom
  • Ability to convert legacy rooms into Zoom rooms
• Familiarity with Avaya Call Manager and Oceana
• Strong Omni-Channel experience
  • SIP, VoIP, & QoS, SMS, Email, CRM, Chat
• Experience with designing and configuring Chatbots
• Ability to manage Moves, Adds, Changes
• Preferred Skills:
  • Java experience
