Accu-Seal SencorpWhite, Inc Hiring for AR & HR at San Marcos, CA Full Time

AR & HR Hybrid position for Accu-Seal, (a North San Diego County packaging equipment mfgr).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Open & maintain Customer master files including credit limits, address changes etc.
• Timely processing of new credit requests.
• Invoicing daily shipments.
• Matching and recording cash receipts (both check & EFT) and CC payments.
• Monitor and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain employee master records in ADP online system (approx. 28-30 employees).
• Monitor and adjust timecard entries, PTO, pay rates and benefit deductions.
• Process & submit bi-weekly payroll including calculating funding requests, 401k data & data entry to GL.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Prepare reports for ACA, unemployment, Work Comp as needed.
• Keep up to date on general California HR laws.
• Works with managers to investigate employee issues and conflicts. Helps assist in resolution & follow through.
• Approve vendor payments prepared by others.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Help with various month end closing tasks.
• Some inventory transaction and GL data entry.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CFO.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years in midlevel HR/Payroll responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of employment wage & hours laws.
• 1+ years in AR and collections experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other related PR HR system.
• Intermediate user of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word & Excel).
