About the Role
The ACRT Services Corporate Recruiter position will work from within the ACRT Services Human Resources department to complete full life cycle recruiting for ACRT Services (and other subsidiaries as necessary). This position will have a heavy focus on recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new hires to ACRT Services. Additionally, this role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Recruiting, acting as first point of contact for the Recruiting team when any Workday issues arise, leading release testing for the recruiting module, and configuring any changes in Workday brought up by business need. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter will partner with HRIS on Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance. The Corporate Recruiter will support the Corporate HR Staff and the organization’s Operating subsidiaries to ensure staffing requirements are met in a timely manner.
This is a hybrid position that works from both home and the Stow, OH office.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete full-life cycle recruiting for multiple positions within ACRT Services:
Manage Job Requisitions
Prepare, post, and manage job compliant requisitions in Applicant Tracking System
Review candidate applications; evaluate candidate qualifications
Complete initial candidate phone screens; evaluate candidate responses with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidates for employment
Screen, Interview & Follow up
Assist hiring managers and superv isors in conducting phone interviews for qualified candidates
Prepare and send offer letters to candidates
Initiate and manage background checks and drug screenings
Coordinate start dates with candidate and manager; complete hire process in HRIS system
Ensure all screening, selection, and hiring is performed in accordance with ACRT Services standards and relevant employment laws and regulations
Communication
Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries about open positions, generating interest in our organization and the prospect of working here
Work with and continue to train and educate hiring managers and supervisors on recruiting compliance, timely and accurate dispositioning, and closing job requisitions.
Workday Recruiting
Serve as first point of contact for Recruiting Team when Workday Recruiting issues arise; escalate to HRIS as necessary
Lead twice yearly Workday release testing for Recruiting module; communicate changes/new features to recruiting team and the business as appropriate; update corresponding job aids
Own all changes to the “back end” of Workday’s Recruiting module including offer letters, applications, knock out questions, candidate pools, etc.
Education Requirements:
Must Have:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have:
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organization Development
Experience Requirements:
Must Have:
2+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting
2+ years experience using Applicant Tracking System, such as Workday
Nice to Have:
3+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting for corporate staff
2+ years experience with Workday’s Recruiting module
Your Skills:

Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred but not required

Office
At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is a remote hybrid role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office on a weekly or as needed basis.
Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Stow, Ohio office.
