Based out of Charlotte, NC since its inception on February 20, 2013, we currently have 15 locations and are excited to be entering the Greater Atlanta market this year. The Viva Chicken Recruitment Coordinator will assist our restaurants in recruitment practices, screening, and onboarding such as:
Manage, update, and “boost” job posts for specific roles in different markets.
Manage recruitment techniques including fresh job posts on social media, onboarding platform (Harri), Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the Marketing team, providing fresh content, for the Careers Page of Viva Chicken’s website and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the Director of Training – provide recruitment and awareness strategies and new market labor surveys for hiring at restaurant openings.
Initiate and participate in local career fairs and recruitment events; make job posts at local high schools, and colleges.

Requirements:
Collaborate with General Managers, and monitor team member applicants on a daily basis to ensure a sense of urgency on responses. Have an awareness of staffing needs in each market.
Assist with initial screening interviews and coordination of in-person interviews for the General Managers.
Assist General Managers with onboarding compliance and administration as needed.
Collaborate with VP HR and utilize Recruiter Seat in Indeed for prospecting Shift Leaders and potential Managers.
Assist in final steps of management onboarding – preliminary administration, information and follow up before orientation.
Send welcome letter and information upon acceptance of job offer for new hires.
Qualifications/Benefits and Compensation:
Passion for People, great verbal and written communication, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and administrative experience.
2-3 years of Human Resources/recruitment experience and previous use of applicant tracking systems/software.
Previous restaurant operations, management, and leadership experience.
Polished, professional demeanor and attitude. “Ambitious” attitude and high energy.

Staring pay range Recruitment Coordinator $20.00 to $22.00/hr.
