**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Manage projects within functional area to accurate, timely and satisfactory completion
– Manage special projects in compliance in conjunction with attorneys and other stakeholders and provide reports as appropriate
– Establish as subject matter expert or specialist for assigned responsibilities
– Assist Associate Relations/Legal team with research and/or special projects
– Identify and facilitate required resource engagement
– Collect, analyze, report, and interpret data, trends and metrics in partnership with stakeholders. Identify changes and new opportunities to assist to properly plan and execute business strategies
– Assist with audits and gathering required documentation
– Utilize Workday and case management software as needed for reporting needs
– Assist with implementation of and amendments to general HR policies and procedures
– Assist with associate engagement efforts as needed
– Understand the “big picture” view and how it aligns to overall Acxiom strategy

– Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
– Strong documentation/process mapping skills
– Ability to effectively manage assigned job-specific projects
– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all personnel and legal matters
– Excellent listening skills and knowledge of when to ask questions for clarification and follow-up
– Understanding of general Human Resources functions
– Flexible in dealing with a variety of assignments and situations
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
– Ability to learn multiple company-specific platforms (e.g., Workday, Sentry File, Legal Files) quickly
– Education / Experience (Bachelor’s degree or minimum of two years of experience within HR support functions) #GD17
