The Opportunity
Talent Management is looking for a Program Specialist, Talent Management who is passionate about accelerating employee growth and development across Adobe. You will have the opportunity to use data to build tools and scalable strategies to help employees be successful at Adobe, specifically working on Check-in and growing our culture of performance. This is a unique opportunity to translate the voice of employees into immediate, impactful changes.
What You’ll Do
Support the Talent Management team with planning and communication for global quarterly Check-in conversation launches.
Gather continuous insights from employees to make ongoing process improvements.
Implement improvements to enablement and resources to reflect employee needs.
Research key performance trends that support building a culture of high performance.
Work in partnership with Employee Experience teams to ensure visibility across all of employee experience.
