Job Description: Responsible for executing digital sales and marketing campaign plans. Market and sell AIT services to customers and potential customers through the AIT sales team. Develops target customer profiles based upon relevant sales & marketing analytics. Develops website and marketing interfaces to sell AIT products and services. Creates websites based upon customer demand.
Role: As a marketing and sales manager, you will develop strategies that result in building a robust sales pipeline / funnel with maximum ROI . You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to make strategic decisions on behalf of the company. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, as well as supervising a team of 5 to 7 team members.
Purpose: Increase revenues from the sales of web hosting, domain registration, website design and other AIT software applications.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
1. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
2. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
3. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
4. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
5. Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, email, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
6. Optimizing AIT’s website content for search engines and lead generation.
7. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO and search engine marketing for AIT.
