Founder and serial entrepreneur Eric Litman (4 prior exits) is joined by an exceptional leadership team sourced from Peloton, Tonal, Amazon, Accenture, Apple, Bird, Meta, and Intuitive Surgical – together they are building this category-defining business. What You’ll Do
You’ll build relationships with business leaders to create a People-First talent acquisition philosophy and process. Technical recruiting is your jam (!) and you’ll actively source your current and new networks to find talented folks to join our team.
Create equitable, efficient, and comprehensive recruiting practices through scorecards and training that reduce implicit biases in our interview and selection processes
Evaluate and iterate upon current Talent Operations, leveraging technology and automation
In partnership with the Head of People & Culture, you’ll develop, measure, deliver, and iterate on TA metrics that align to the company’s goals and develop a global talent strategy that scales
Analyze metrics to help guide decision-making, measure team productivity + satisfaction
Partner with the PeopleOps team members to continuously improve the candidate onboarding experience, develop candidate surveys, and periodically conduct 90-day check-ins with employees
Evaluate external labor market conditions, hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate survey feedback
Innovate methods to fill key/difficult-to-fill/niche roles
Coach Hiring Managers on talent acquisition hiring practices; ensure hiring managers demonstrate high-quality interview skills and achieve our talent acquisition metrics
Create meaningful TA programs (career fairs, university recruiting, meetups, referral specials, interview training, etc.) working across teams to deliver
Be a champion for Aescape, through events, employer branding (LinkedIn, social media, video, etc.)
