What You Will Do
Coordinate exempt and hourly hiring to meet organizational needs
Assist with recruiting events, advertising and
Complete data entry for new hires, benefits and recruiting
Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate pre-employment testing
Track and maintain metrics related to hiring
Drive performance management effort including reviews, discipline, counseling, terminations
Handle Employee Relations tasks as needed
Serve as Policy resource for supervisors and employees
Serve as technical benefits resource for employee’s and their benefits
Identify, assess and implement continuous improvement activities in HR
Drive improvements in Safety as opportunities arise
Misc. HR duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
1-3+ years HR experience in HR preferred
Experience with Safety and Workers Compensation preferred
Team player
Strong communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred
