Position Overview:
Employee will be responsible for the oversight of all phases of the assigned projects and project management staff.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Achieve project goals in accordance with quality standards and within the established timeline and budget
· Manage the project lifecycle from sales through project planning, project execution, and handover to support
· Oversee project design, staffing, costing, and manage any potential project risks
· Coordinate with customer representatives for site related activities and maintain a good working relationship
· Handle all customer quality concerns or inquiries and provide solutions as necessary
· Review the quality of completed work with the project team on a regular basis
· Understand the scope of the required project documentation, educate others, and take action if requirements are not being met
· Communicate overall performance, safety, quality, and production levels with the appropriate personnel
· Metrics and reporting
· Other duties as assigned
Supervision Received: Position requires ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Supervision Exercised: Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters.

· Must be detailed oriented.
· Strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and radio frequency data sheets
· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
· Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems
· Ability to lead, teach, train, and motivate staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
