Job Description:
The Jr. RPA Developer will
- Monitor all the bots in operation at client.
- Monitor the notifications for errors and warnings.
- Triage and research the errors/warnings according to documented procedures and articles.
- Escalate unsolved issue per workflow
- Communicate issues and status per workflow
- If time permits, the Jr. RPA Developer will also
- Assist the RPA team in projects related activities such as requirement documentation, project facilitation, fact finding
- Learn UIPath with the goal to become certified in 6 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Customer Support
- Monitor all the bots in operation at client.

- Product development, enhancement and maintenance
- Assist the RPA team in projects related activities such as requirement documentation, project facilitation, fact finding
- Learn UIPath with the goal to become certified in 6 months.
- REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: No direct reports
Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Customer-focused verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management, and documentation skills
Education/Training/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Physical requirements:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching
- Must possess sufficient eye-hand coordination/manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
- Required normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports and evaluations.
- Requires lifting papers and boxes weighing up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Requires dexterity to type at least 35 wpm.
- WORKING CONDITIONS (environment and safety):
- Work performed in office and/or home office environment
- Involves frequent contact with professional staff and executive level stakeholders
- Work may be stressful at times
- Interaction with others is frequent and often disruptive
