POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist with day-to-day operations of the Human
Resources functions and duties.

COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The physical environment requires the employee to work in a manufacturing and office environment. The employee must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment.
Occasional travel may be required.
