Source and contact passive candidates

Screen resumes and job applications

Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires

create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunties

keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interviews

Manage a portfolio of candidates and maintain good relations with them

Human resource duties

We are looking for a team player who is reliable and has experience in recruitment and HR
