General Purpose

Accurate has developed CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Assessment) Software through the MS Dynamics platform. The MS Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible to continuously develop and drive MS Dynamics 365 implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.

Typical Expectations

• Effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets needs and requirements.
• Lead data-centric discussions with operations through discovery meetings.
• Take Design from Business Team and match to Schema and Design Development Architecture and Implement Architecture Design
• Develop and Update Custom Workflows and Plugins in a very mathematical based industry
• Be able to deliver quick turn arounds to keep operations flowing
• Troubleshoot not only System Issues, but industry issues that arise in the System
• Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Develop and continue to refine D365 implementation standards and tools.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
• Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS – Preferred
• Strong Dynamics 365 Product knowledge, including design, development and programming
• 3+ years (or 3+ projects) implementing Microsoft D365 or Salesforce
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
• Extensive experience with Azure
• Strong Experience with .Net Plugins and Workflows, C# and JavaScript

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
