The HR Generalist position carries out responsibilities across a broad range of both strategic and administrative HR-related functions including but not limited to employee relations, staff training, payroll management, and employee file management. The HRG will ensure effective and efficient communication between regional HR management and branch leadership and staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Three or more years of human resources administrative experience or equivalent education/certification such as a Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
HRCI-PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Prioritizes tasks and manages time with strong multi-tasking skills.
