The Financial Analyst – Human Resources analyzes and manages all accounting/invoices and data for all Human Resources services and health benefits. This position is responsible for ensuring all entries are correct and that financial processes are followed; identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement, and ensures functions are being executed in the most appropriate and efficient manner possible. This position works in collaboration with the areas of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Compensation, the City Controller’s Office, the Office of Budget, and other City leaders to create financial models/reports and gather and analyze financial/billing data from various internal and external databases and sources with the ability to utilize the data to create statistical reports and visual presentations.
