Job Title: Senior Manager – Creative Services
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
Summary:
The Senior Manager – Creative Services is responsible for leading and managing the Creative Team in the development and execution of all marketing materials, including advertising, branding, website design, and trade show materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative concepts and principles, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team of creative professionals.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the Creative Team (including graphic designers, the video team, and web team) in the development and execution of all marketing materials
– Work with VP of M to implement overall marketing, design, and brand strategy, taking input and direction from business and other creative stakeholders including Design Studio, UX and International
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing materials are aligned with the company’s overall brand identity and business objectives
– Manage the creative budget and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
– Recruit, train, and mentor the Creative Services Team
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
-7+ years of experience in a creative services role
-Strong understanding of creative concepts and principles
-Ability to manage and motivate a team of creative professionals
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
-Trade show experience
Additional Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement creative briefs
-Review and approve creative work
-Provide feedback and coaching to team members
-Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in visual design, video editing, and web design
-Represent the company at industry events and conferences
