The Director, Key Accounts (Employee Benefits) is a market segment client leadership position responsible for developing the overall account management strategy and process for the functional area. This position leads a client service team, strengthen the firm’s relationship with existing clients, and drives continuous improvements with an ultimate focus on business growth and client retention. To do so, this leadership position collaborates locally, regionally, and nationally, and develops and leads high performing teams.
In concert with the regional and national team, develop the strategy, approach, and process for service delivery across client types for delivery and execution by the various account management roles in support of our business goals and strategy of the client:
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Benefits Coordinators, and/or others as assigned:
Assist producers in new business opportunities and introducing and assigning new accounts to team members:
Monitor and evaluate ongoing reporting related to revenue attainment:
Foster strong relationships with carriers and actuarial partners to ensure successful outcomes on behalf of clients:
