Responsibilities

• Review and Test client open enrollment employee benefits technology sites to ensure proper functionality and quality (primarily Employee Navigator enrollment/benefits administration system)
• Audit enrollment system data from various sources

• Prepare final open enrollment reports for distribution in accordance with established practices
• Post reference documents in open enrollment system
• Assist with ad hoc client and team projects as needed and assigned

Qualifications

• Insurance carrier and/or insurance brokerage experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail focused on accuracy with work product quality as a priority
• Effective communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as necessary with high sense of urgency
• Sound judgment and willingness to take on responsibility for results
• Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel (creating and verifying financial spreadsheets) and PowerPoint

Job Types: Temporary, Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Benefits administration: 1 year (Preferred)
