As a Staff Accountant at All Fleet Inc, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. You will be working closely with our management team to develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets, and ensure adherence to standard requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in accounting or other related fields, fundamental knowledge of GAAP, and experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using remaining Office 365 applications. In addition, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and hold an Accounting or audit designation e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
If you are detail and deadline-oriented, have a strong understanding of multi-state tax laws, advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop & Online, and possess a BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, we want to hear from you!
