Job Title: Technical Recruitment Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months which will convert to permanent
Rate: $50-90+ per hour depending on experience
Hours: 40 Hours per week M-F
Alldus are currently working with an exciting Banking client to find a Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company who has experienced a lot of growth in recent years. Our client are looking for people that have great full lifecycle recruitment experience and have experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles.
Job Description
- Perform full lifecycle recruitment for a wide range of roles
- Be responsible for advertising, resourcing and interviewing potential clients using different interview techniques
- Use different sources in order to find potential candidates
- Work with other teams and agencies when needed
- Look over resumes and potential candidates and are able to cross examine skills, experience and match them to requirements
- Provide candidates with information on the role and also the company
- Manage multiple candidates and roles at the same time
- Manage multiple processes and be able to communicate clearly with managers over scheduling and managing the candidates through the process
- Prepare candidates properly with the company by being able to tell them about the background of the company and hiring managers
- Prepare and manage the offer process with candidates
- Ensure that privacy and confidentiality are always followed
- Build great relationships with each of the managers in different departments
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a full life cycle recruitment role
- Experience working with IT/Technical roles
- Previous experience working in an environment working multiple roles at the same time
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $90.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
