Overview:
An executive position that reports to the President of the company and works in alignment with the President of the Overseas Operations .
Serves as a member of the Executive Committee and leads the Compensation Committee
Leads the administration of the HR Regulatory Compliance, Company Compensation Plan, Benefit Programs, and Payroll Services, Recruitment and Hiring, Commercial Insurance, Training Performance Management and Employee Relations, Humana Resources Information Management (HRIS with ProService Hawaii)
Establish and Lead accomplishment of objectives, and goals in all human resource areas including employment and employment law, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation, human resource information system and records, and legal compliance. The Director of Human Resources shall develop plans aimed at continuous improvement both in the Human Resources Department and in departments/programs throughout the Company.
