Material Planning Leader
Responsibilities:
She/He will manage and develop Material planning team to include, Buyers, Material Planners and Procurement Specialist
Set up Inventory & batches delivery strategies based on Project strategy
Define material typology (based on ABC, variability,…) for defining planning tactics and to support project replenishment
Support finance for inventory depreciation calculation
Analyze Inventory content for correcting planning strategies
Participate to the Engineering Change committee – guarantee proper plan of material changes
Define and set-up parameters to implement material planning & batches strategies
Execute the improvement plan in regard of Inventory reduction & maximize the cash
Execute Project Material planning based on Project strategy
Monitor the Parts Maturity Follow up in coherence with project progress
Anticipate the risk on Material delivery
Create Purchase request for the project
Work Package Owner (WPO) for Procurement Work Package under his/her scope of responsibility
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of Material, Production and/or Supply Chain Planning
One to two years related experience and/or training in a related field such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistics or other Supply Chain role
Fluent in English
Technical competencies & behaviour:
Knowledge of SAP
Good Communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
