Serve as an HR subject matter expert in one or multiple areas and as a primary point of contact and support to managers and associates on a variety of functions and issues, working independently or partnering with appropriate HR contact.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of applicable HR generalist experience required
- Current valid Driver’s License
- PC skills using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and personnel information systems required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Support Managers and Associates with a broad range of HR matters via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with recruitment function and assist with benefit administration/payroll inquiries
- Provide support with associate issues and questions
- Facilitate associates’ involvement with various corporate initiatives including training and development, wellness, etc.
- Communicate with managers regarding policies and procedures
- Analyze trends and root causes and look for opportunities to improve work environment and client group satisfaction
- Actively serve as a member of each department’s team; attend department meetings and is visible to internal customers
- Conduct or coordinate meetings with departments and appropriate HR Representative or Manager to address issues; partner with managers to identify and facilitate training as needed for associates/managers
- Advise managers of risks based on observations, findings and investigations and develops solutions to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with Operations and Corporate HR associates regarding recruiting/on boarding, talent management, compensation/payroll, benefits, operations and systems to deliver high quality services to the organization
- All other duties as assigned
