A&M Communications Hiring for Telecommunications Construction Manager Job at Texas Full Time

A&M Communciations is an established Telecommunications Construction company responsible for the majority of a major Telecommunications companies expansion of Network Capabilities.

We have recently secured contracts that should last 3 years in the State of Texas.

We are looking for qualified Telecommunications Construction managers to oversee 3 to 4 crews responsible for the building of this infrastructure.

We are seeking CM’s with at least 3 years of Telecommunications CM experience and have exposure to T-Mobile equipment

Job responsibilities would include:

1) Oversite of the 3 – 4 crews doing the cx

2) Pre-conning the sites and creating a SOW for the PM

3) Ensuring that every BOM (Bill of Material) is correct and physically verifying that Material received matches the BOM and is delivered to the site where CX is to take place.

4) Ensuring the financial viability of the project by making sure Crews meet their timelines and that what is being invoiced for meets company goals.

5) Work to establish a relationship with the customer CM’s and make sure that every site is Closed out with all proper photographs, BEFORE the crews are released from the site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $93,000.00 per year
