Title: HR Manager
Reports to: Principal, Human Resources
Workplace: Hybrid (Remote Fridays)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about people operations and workplace culture initiatives. You will be instrumental in building and implementing a national onboarding program.
Additional areas of focus will be employee relations; policies, procedures, and best practices; compliance; professional development; benefits administration; and assisting with recruitment as needed. In this role, you’ll report to the Principal of Human Resources. The role offers a unique opportunity to help build the HR department and function.
