The central objective of Amazon’s Employee Relations team is to ensure our organization’s treatment of every employee is fair, respectful, and consistent with our core business values. To support that objective, this position’s responsibilities fall into proactive and reactive categories. The individual will work proactively to enhance the employee experience by identifying and addressing employee concerns early, de-escalating and resolving workplace issues before they reach a level of criticality requiring reactive efforts. The individual also will work as a project manager on proactive initiatives that improve employee relations and engagement within AWS.
Key job responsibilities
This is a full-time position that has the flexibility to be located near any AWS Office nationwide. There could also be up to 30% travel required yearly.
The base pay range for this position is $112K – $170K (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
