Producer

The Producer will be responsible for effectively planning and executing virtual or live events, and or tours. The role of producer could include, but is not limited to, logistics, design, content management, team management, timelines and schedule management, on-site execution, technical and digital applications. You will lead the production for a specific project and work in tandem with the Account team to manage client expectations and ensure successful program results. You must be comfortable with, and thrive in, fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.

What the job entails:

• Oversee the program production process and work to successfully complete and deliver the required scope.
• Represent Company as a valued partner with clients by driving solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Attend virtual or live client meetings to represent production, providing guidance and expertise to help formulate efficient and successful solutions.
• Provide detailed and clear production schedule so that all stakeholders (clients and internal) adhere to milestones and therefore an efficient, cost-effective production development period.
• Manage tour logistics and communicate event requirements to all team members.
• Review and approve all project-based invoices and agreements.
• Communicate any change in scope to Account Team and Production Management
• Provide project related updates (written or verbal) to the VP of Operations.
• Reconcile and close out budget with Finance and the VP of Operations.

Qualified candidates must:

• Have 5-10 years relevant professional work experience in event production for top-tier brands and/or in live events, touring shows, corporate events, business meetings or theatrical productions.
• Have demonstrated ability to lead a variety of cross-functional projects, from concept to execution.
• Have strong budget management experience.
• Have some technical, digital, and staging experience.
• Have knowledge and experience with some of the following production elements:

• Tour scheduling
• Venue contracting, permitting, logistics
• Tech Development
• Vendor hiring and management

• Be able to manage and support remote teams
• Have strong partnering, leadership, written and verbal communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Event production/Live Event: 5 years (Preferred)
