We are currently hiring for a School Fundraising Director, Inside Sales. The Director will primarily handle the overall implementation and promotion of our K-12 school fundraising campaigns in southwest and west central Indiana.

This is fast paced sales type of position with the main accountability of driving revenue. Competitive salary with incentive potential is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and secure school participation using inside sales methods on a primary basis and outside sales methods on a secondary basis.
• Recruit, train, and empower School Volunteers (mainly PE teachers but not exclusively) to implement and coordinate our school programs in fundraising and achieve the fundraising goal to further our mission.
• Lead kick-off assemblies at schools holding events where applicable.
• Ensure each school has the materials and resources needed to have a successful event.
• Maintain information in Microsoft Dynamics database and use activities pre-populated by Dynamics to prioritize day to day activities.
• Perform summer cultivation with school administrators at both the school and district level.
• Additional revenue generating duties will be assigned during non-school months based on the discretion of leadership.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred; college graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with territory management preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and counsel School Coordinators to achieve goals and objectives.
• Detail oriented.
• Comfortable conducting virtual (Zoom/Microsoft Teams) presentations/meetings.
• Ability to transport materials and other supplies to and from meetings and events.
• Ability to do daily travel up to 15% within the territory and minimal overnight travel.
• Must have at least basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
