As a Product Management Director in the Enterprise Platforms Sales & Marketing organization, here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:

• Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Platforms Sales & Marketing product management team and will be responsible for leading product teams to create and deliver products and experiences on the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and translating those needs into solutions that improve the efficiency and productivity of our CRM platform users.
• Collaborate with business leaders and partners to support and help shape a compelling product strategy and roadmap, and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for leading product managers to prioritize business and user needs and then deliver products and/or experiences that meet those needs, working with marketing, design, engineering, and servicing leaders to convert the product vision and strategy into a well-managed product roadmap with an iterative release cycle with the user in mind.
• Will be a key member of the Enterprise Sales & Marketing leadership team to shape the vision and strategy to deliver value to our Sales & Marketing users.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities and providing input on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features, including external benchmarking and keeping a pulse on digital trends and customer preferences
• Interacting with stakeholders, primarily within the Commercial Sales and Account Development organization, to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems
• Defining and continually refining feature priority with business leaders
• Leading the Product Operations function within the program and translate Enterprise Strategic priorities to regional roadmaps
• Translating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
• Leading, coaching and mentoring product managers to further develop their skills while creating outcomes for the organization
• Enabling analytics-driven decision making to evolve products and usage and own the metrics, e.g., leads worked, opportunities closed, user satisfaction
• Developing appropriate tracking and reporting to track product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
• Establishing the product’s goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve commercial success
• Continually improving products post-launch, prioritizing bugs and feature requests based on customer satisfaction

• A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset;
• An established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development;
• Ability to create strong business strategy and translate strategy into outcomes;
• Strategic thinker with strong customer focus, with the ability to drive innovation and change to deliver outstanding experience for Salesforce.com users;
• Experience leading product, strategy and/or user experience teams to deliver products in an iterative development model and measure impact across the product lifecycle;
• Demonstrated ability to create strong partnership and collaboration across business stakeholders, engineers, and UX to drive value creation;
• Strong analytical and product management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results;
• Prior experience with developing or enhancing CRM or other business technology platforms preferred;
• Strategic thinker with strong customer focus;
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, thrive in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;
• High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability;
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, and/or Product Development;
• MBA or related field recommended, with a BA/BS preferably in CS or technical field;
• Prior experience with online payment and servicing products / capabilities a strong plus;
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM preferred

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
