Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for an ambitious Human Resource Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. The Human Resources Manager will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be employee focused, proactive, highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:
- Advise leadership in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues ensuring efficient resolution and appropriate documentation
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process
- Process transactions and maintain files associated with the employee life cycle (onboarding, status changes, pay changes and offboarding)
- Assist leadership team and employees with payroll support, as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners
- Serve as a process resource and answer employee requests in a timely fashion
- Create Human Resource content and materials as needed
- Assist to administer benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, 401(k) plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance
- Identify internal training opportunities and
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Proven Human Resource experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Full cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Proficiency with ADP, Paycor, SharePoint and Microsoft Office preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information non-negotiable
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and on a team
- Proven ability to effectively manage time and work in fast paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency with high attention to detail are necessities
- Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
