About the Role
This role is the People Partner for the Experience and Services org. As a people partner, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, administering compensation and benefit plans, support and facility company policies and initiatives and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics. Our people partners are on the frontlines of finding and attracting the best talent for Torus as well as providing support to people leaders.

Responsibilities
Screen resumes and interview candidates
Partner closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals; facilitate interviewing and hiring decision-making process with interviewers
Regularly track applicant pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal partners
Maintain the ATS and provide timely and thoughtful feedback to candidates
Drive offer process, negotiating offers with candidates and partnering with hiring managers and finance
Learn multiple parts of the organization, and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams
Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Active involvement in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
Manage current People Programs to maintain Torus’ one of a kind culture
Develop and implement new policies and programs
Maintain employee files and records while maintaining 100% data accuracy in HRIS
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly with employees and guiding managers through workforce changes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Experience You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Industry knowledge is a plus
Interpersonal experience with communicating across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally
Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives
Strong experience applying thoughtful and innovative sourcing strategies for complex searches
Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
Superb conflict resolution skills
Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
Proficient with G Suite
Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to work autonomously
