About the Position

In this position, you will conduct appraisal analysis for the review, adjustment, and support of property values resulting in fair and equitable property valuation in Maricopa County. We will count on you to apply your knowledge and understanding of appraisal principles and practices to research and analyze property values and confirm that the information on which the value is based is accurate.

Either IAAO 151 or an Appraisal Foundation-approved two-day USPAP course
IAAO Course 300 Fundamentals of Mass Appraisal
