Our ideal candidate would be someone with previous dental experience, though we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a dedicated, long-term employee who we can trust and who will bring a strong, positive personality to our practice to maintain existing patients, while also working within our current systems and protocol to increase new-patient flow. A great attitude and strong work ethic are our first priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

Able to work smoothly in a fast paced work environment

Proficient with dental software. Our office currently uses Dentrix

Preparing treatment rooms and patients treatment following prescribed procedures and

protocols

Proper four handed dentistry: Assisting the dentist with restorations of crowns, bridges, fillings,

root canal therapy, implants, oral surgery, impressions

Sterilization and infection control using OSHA guidelines and regulations

Proficiency with digital images

Documentation of patient charting and dental services

Strong communication and time management skills, who can take direction and is self-sufficient
