ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting intake sessions with hiring managers, launching sourcing strategies, screening and qualifying all applicants, guiding candidates through the interview, offer, and on-boarding stages, and accurately dispositioning candidates.
Utilize, maintain, and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards.
Build and maintain talent pipeline for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions, sometimes on a global level.
Ensure recruitment methods support AAP goals and create innovative diversity hiring strategies.
Participate in and lead special projects and recruitment initiatives. as needed.
JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting for diverse positions, including technical and sales roles
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork within and across the site
Demonstrated ability to leverage social media tools to identify potential candidates and improve recruitment brand
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS, Google)
OTHER INFORMATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline preferred
Experience designing, developing and implementing student programs for co-ops and interns is strongly preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter product preferred
Relevant industry experience is a plus
AIRS CIR or CDR certification is a plus
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
