Apex Support is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team providing residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position requires a highly motivated, detail oriented, exceptionally well-organized individual to provide a variety of clinical and administrative support functions to our leadership team in ways that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our services. The Director of Operations works as part of an integrated team to provide services and supports for adults with autism, intellectual/developmental, and other disabilities. The Director of Operations provides comprehensive case management services with a set of priorities aimed at; improving mental health, improving medical health, ensuring effective transitions during episodes of more intensive treatment; tracking individual progress towards goals; and working within the team structure to continually refine and re-prioritize activities. Acting as a liaison to the Department of Health and Human Services and other entities the Director of Operations will combine their customer service, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills by tracking and following up on eligibility and authorizations for services including the compilation of information and the generating of various s for all levels of managers. Exercising sound judgement, in their interaction and interfaces with House Managers, the Director of Operations will also leverage their ability to address multiple conflicting priorities and demands on time in appropriate and respectful ways. This position will work in conjunction with other departments to ensure all required systems are followed and quality services are provided. The Director of Operations will uphold the highest standards of performance and embrace the values of Apex Support.
