ABOUT THE ROLE
Apogee is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee our Final Mile delivery network in Operations in Portland Oregon, consisting of external customers across multiple partners. This position requires a strong leader with knowledge of delivery, final mile solutions, and a deep understanding of managing 3rd parties to achieve company goals. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of key performance indicators directly related to member satisfaction, cost per delivery, inventory accuracy, delivery quality, and capacity planning. In addition to strategic skills and agility, this leader must be ready to lead a team by implementing our DNA into daily operations.
