This position will oversee teams responsible for handling guest list management, seating and ticketing for TV+ premieres and events, talent relations/arrivals, production of hospitality and press mailer fulfillment. The Guest Services team will work hand in hand with Creative and Design teams to ensure premium execution and a seamless, white glove experience across all touch-points.

Description
The Guest Services Lead is based in Culver City, California and works within the Brand Experience team to ensure that guest services and talent logistics are carried out to the highest level. The Guest Services Lead will handle workflows around multiple projects to tight deadlines with a number of internal and external teams. The right candidate will be driven and meticulous with strong knowledge of the film, TV and studio industry. The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and working environments is critical to this role. The candidate needs to be cool headed, hard working, and willing to travel and work events. Guest Services Lead needs to be able to manage internal Apple teams, contractors and vendors. They must be a good listener and a real doer. Strong candidates can handle a vast amount of work, not flap under pressure and be eager to learn the companies’ culture. – Lead communication with top tier talent and their representatives across event activities for film, television programs and campaigns. – Lead talent logistics and guest needs for events and productions including itineraries, transport, hotels, ticketing and accreditation. – Overview of all talent and guest hospitality elements of events, productions and partner events. – Ensure seating and ticketing arrangements are carried out to the highest level across talent, executives and guests. – Work closely with internal executive teams to ensure all needs and expectations are met across events. – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure all commitments and itineraries are well-organized, scheduled and communicated clearly. – Develop, manage and maintain relationships with partners and vendors. – Ensure talent and talent team event experiences are smoothly delivered and troubleshoot any issues as they arise. – Oversee production of hospitality elements across all food and beverage needs. – Oversee the development and production of watch kits, VIP mailers and guest gifts.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
