MUST HAVES:
– a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a minimum of 10 years of previous HR experience with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
– Knowledge of HRIS/ERP software
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite
– Knowledge of current employment related laws and regulations.
HELPFUL but not required:
– SHRM or PHR certification
This is full time, direct hire position paying up to $85,000/year (salary negotiable depending upon experience).
Must be able to pass a full background check.
